Madison
Meet Madison, the welcoming face of Williams Eye Specialty Clinic. Born and raised in South Redford, Michigan, Madison is the first person our patients interact with upon their visit. Her responsibilities include patient check-in and check-out, assisting with necessary forms, and scheduling follow-up appointments with Dr. Williams.
Although this is Madison's first venture into the field of ophthalmology, her enthusiasm for learning and innate curiosity about the eye's complex anatomy makes her a perfect fit for our clinic.
Madison holds an associate's degree in science and plans to return to school next year to advance her career.
Her commitment to perfection is evident in her work. She wears her heart on her sleeve and cares deeply for everyone in her life. Her rich history includes caring for horses and racing them at Northville Downs with her aunt and uncle, revealing her versatile interests and compassionate nature.
Erica
Meet Erica, our office manager at Williams Eye Specialty Clinic. Born in Mt. Clemens, Michigan, and raised in Warren, Erica brings over a decade of experience in the field of ophthalmology.
Erica's passion for ophthalmology is rooted in her understanding of the importance of eyesight and the fascinating insights it can provide about overall health. She loves seeing how surgeries and simple eyeglasses updates can change a person's ability to see.
As a detail-oriented person, Erica's approach to her work is meticulous and thoughtful. She's an excellent listener, a trait that is cherished by her friends and family, who also praise her for giving the most considerate gifts.
When not overseeing operations at the clinic, Erica is an avid outdoor enthusiast. She and her husband are owners of a conversion van that fuels their love for travel. Her interests include camping, hiking, biking, and yoga. Recently, she has ventured into gardening and is keen to expand her knowledge. She also participates in a bowling league and adores spending time with Harper, her adorable French bulldog.
